San Diego, CA 92025 – San Diego based SENTRE, dba Escondido Gateway LLC has sold a 25,380 square foot class A office building in Escondido for $6,900,000 ($272 P/SF). Built in 2003, and located at 800 West Valley Parkway in Escondido, SENTRE acquired the asset in October 2014. Since that time, SENTRE repositioned the asset via comprehensive building improvements and an aggressive lease up strategy taking occupancy from 55% to 100%.
The Buyer of the building was Showprop Pico Rivera, LLC, who was represented by Peter Curry from Cushman & Wakefield San Diego. The Seller was represented by Mark Avilla, Matty Sundberg and Bob Cowan from Cushman & Wakefield San Diego.
